Cooks Beach New Build

The home was architecturally designed by Fraser Horton Design, with OpticBuild collaborating to contribute advice on budget and practical ideas related to the construction throughout the concept process. The client wanted a unique and functional design using classic materials. With vertical cedar weather boards, and European oak floors this house will ticks all the boxes. OpticBuild has project managed this new build from beginning to end, sourcing all materials and sub-contractors, along with organising the kitchen, bathroom and laundry fittings – right down to the appliances for the kitchen and laundry too. OpticBuild also completed the landscaping, outdoor fireplaces, and on site water collection and storage.
