Hillsborough New Build

With a small empty site to work with and tight restrictions on vehicle access and living court, OpticBuild under took designing this house right from the concept drawings. The brief was to build a brand new cost effective, 4 bedroom family home with modern fittings and plenty a level outdoor living space. We worked closely with our draughtsman to come up with a great cost effective design, that met the brief in every aspect for the client. The interior was fit off with engineered timber overlay flooring, custom designed kitchen with an engineered stone beach top, and brick bond tiling to the kitchen splash back and bathrooms floors and shower. OpticBuild also carried out the design and construction of a custom hand-made macrocarpa handrail, that also matched the macrocarpa bathroom vanity tops and living room shelving. OpticBuild project managed the build from concept stage, through council submission and consents, through to final code of compliance. The results produced a beautiful family home, that remained within budget.
